Privacy notice
Last updated: 13 October 2026
When you write to the PRCERIO desk about a charge or an order, you trust us with a few personal details. This page sets out, in plain terms, what we receive, what we do with it and how you stay in control of it. Our handling follows the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018.
The short version
We use what you send for one thing only: sorting out the payment or order you have asked about. Nothing is sold, nothing is used for advertising, and nothing is kept longer than the case may need it.
Information that reaches us
- Contact details: the email address for our reply and, if you add it, the name on the order.
- Charge details: the Acquirer Reference Number, amount, currency, date of the charge and the last four digits of the card used.
- Order details: the order number, the topic you pick and whatever you write in your message.
- Connection details: the IP address, browser and time the form was sent, which help us block automated and abusive submissions.
What it is used for
We match your charge against our records, look up the order, write back to you and, when it is due, arrange a refund or a replacement. We rely on two legal grounds: acting on your request in connection with a purchase (Article 6(1)(b) UK GDPR) and our legitimate interest in resolving customer questions and keeping payments safe from fraud (Article 6(1)(f)).
The people involved
Your request arrives in our support inbox and is opened only by the team member working on it. If a payment has to be traced or returned, we pass the bank or payment provider behind that transaction no more than they need to do so. No other third party receives your details.
Storage period
A closed case stays on file for a maximum of 24 months. That covers any follow-up questions or a later bank enquiry about the same payment. After that, it is permanently erased.
Things we deliberately leave out
The form never asks for a full card number, the security code on the back, your PIN or a one-time passcode, and our team will never request them. Should any of these appear in a message, we remove them as soon as we notice. This site also places no cookies on your device and runs no analytics or ad tracking.
Keeping it safe
Requests travel over an encrypted connection, and access to the support inbox is restricted to the staff who answer it.
If you want to change or remove it
At any time you may ask to see the data we hold about you, have it corrected or erased, limit how we use it or object to its use altogether. Send your request to [email protected] and you will hear back within one month.
Updates to this page
If the way we handle requests changes, we will revise this notice and the date at the top.
